Our ethos is to, where possible, source our food from local suppliers. Luckily we have lots of quality food suppliers on our doorstep! Our lovely loose leaf teas and freshly ground coffee are from John Farrers Ltd in Kendal and free range eggs from Bannerigg in Windermere. We use Haytons butchers in Staveley who provide Cumbrian meat, Cartmel Valley Game, Lakeland Speciality Foods and the award winning English Lakes Ice Cream in Kendal.

We also have lots of scrummy cakes freshly baked by our friend Debbie!
